Returns and Refunds

(Please note: this return policy is only applicable to local BVI orders, not international U.S & USVI orders)

At Faithfully Her, customer service and satisfaction is a priority. Therefore, if there is something wrong with your order or items, please see below:


Customers can ONLY be refunded for items that prove to be defective BEFORE worn. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in every case, as this is a third party service that was paid and completed. We may require the original item to be returned back to us (at our expense).

It may take a few days for a refund to be issued. Please check with your bank or Paypal to ensure your refund was received, before contacting Faithfully Her about a refund. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your refund within 14 days, please contact us at to see how we can assist.


Customers can return/exchange a purchases items for another item if the current item does not fit as it should. Refunds will be not be given on any items; only exchanges.

All returns are honored within 3 days of purchase. If 3 days have gone since your purchase, we will not accept or consider a return or exchange. Please ensure to check and try your items within that time.

To return your item(s), follow the instructions below:

• Send us a whatsapp or message; include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return.
• Wait for a response from our team (expect a response the same day, within open hours only), who will advise to proceed with the return, once eligible.

Conditions for a Return/Exchange:

• Returns must be in its original, UNWORN condition, within 3 days of purchase.
• Items must be in original packaging. 
• Returns are inspected upon receipt. We will notify you of receipt and approval or rejection of your return/exchange
• Return & New shipping charges are covered by the customer. For Tortola customers this normally costs $6 total, that is paid directly to the ferry.
• We will not hold any item(s) for customer exchanges beyond the same business day that we agreed to make the exchange. 

Final Sale items
Items listed as Final Sale in their description cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Defective Items
For all defective items please email us at indicating your order number and  the issue with the item. We may request a photo of the defective item as proof of the defect.

All claims of a defective item must be made before wearing the item. Please ensure to check your items thoroughly upon receipt of your order.
